Mojeed Jamiu is a widely travelled administrator and seasoned communication practitioner. Until recently, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Ekiti State Government, following his earlier role as Special Adviser (Media) to the Governor.
His extensive experience in public service includes serving as the Director General of Ekiti Broadcasting Service, overseeing key state-owned media outlets including Ekiti State Television and Ekiti FM Radio 91.5FM.
With a journalism career spanning over two decades—rising to the rank of Editor—Mojeed has become one of the most respected analysts and commentators on national issues in Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Ilorin and a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos.
Mojeed is a member of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), the Nigerian Guild of Editors, and a distinguished beneficiary of the International Visitors Programme (IVP) of the United States Information Services (USIS).
